I'm lucky

I'm damn lucky able to work in Shell, MNC company that focus in "work life balance"...
my boss & big boss & big big boss all very concern their staff work life balance~
they always ask whether our work load heavy or not~need help or not~what problem faced~
they all willing to help~willing to teach~willing to listen with us~very nice~
they always encourage staff back home on time~not encourage to OT~
if OT, boss encourage us to claim OT, he will approve haha~
I'm very lucky can work in this team~
good senior, good colleague~
happy & appreciate it~

almost can fully understand his feeling....
he really really very cham...feel sad....damn sad.....
saw many stupid people bad comment at fb....
