after the 2nd violin lesson..........
found tat the technique of playing the violin b4 was wrong............
OMG!!!!!!!!!!>.<
i til cant hold the bow well......................
til hv alot of posture mistake..........................
the way of my thumb n little finger hold the bow was wrong............
n i cant keep the bow straight whn i down n up bow on every single string...........
so til cant play the violin wif nice tone......................
the way to improve is PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my 1st step

I wish to learn violin for many yrs ago…………if not mistaken……………tat time I confuse nid to learn violin 1^st or keyboard whn I started new college life and joined M2U in 2008……….finally I choose to learn keyboard 1^st wif evonne………at the same time v aso got joined Hana Studio to learn some free lesson of violin………but after a few lesson……….v quit n didn’t joined them anymore………so I juz focus on keyboard 1^st………….

however………..after I watched “Nodame Cantabile”……….started love the music of violin!!!!!!!!!!hope I can play the violin classical song by myself!!!!!!!!!!!!i til rmb tat time was my final exam period……….but my mind full of the plot of “Nodame Cantabile” n all the classical music…………so I realize tat if I didn’t learn violin…………I scared I wil regret…………I nid to decide tat whr I gonna learn my violin………learn at M2U??????although the fee very cheap n affordable………….but the violin teacher not professional, jz a student tat mayb is my junior or same course……….cant get the formal certificate………learn at music studio??????????teach by professional teacher n get the certificate…….but the main problem is the fee……………cant afford it since didn’t work tat time >.<

Luckily got a part time job n started earn n save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to accomplish my wish….........

Finally…………I step my 1^st step………….on 9/9/2010…………bcoz I noe annrea gt learning piano nw………..so asked her opinion about whr I can learn violin………...jz realize tat beside my secondary skul thr gt a music studio “Ostinato Music”………..n annrea is a student at thr………….so after farewell wif evonne, I planed to go for asking the lesson n fee of violin wif annrea……… but since annrea not free afterward, so evonne accompany me …………..chatting wif Miss Cheng, the principal of the studio…………found tat dis studio quite nice………communicate wif teacher is the important thg……any prob aso can discuss 2gether……….all r full time n experienced teacher………..violin gt 8 Grade…….fee is RM110 per month…………40 min per lesson………1 lesson per week……….

After discuss the time wif violin teacher, finally my 1^st violin started on 22/9/2010, wed, 12.50-1.30pm……………quite excited, nervous, n expect for dis 1^st lesson…………….my violin teacher, miss lim taught me the technique of how to hold the violin n bow………….n taught me some theory part of violin………..taught me how to take care my violin……………the violin tat I bought it was the most basic n simple violin………..cost RM320……….Europe string……….miss lim said whn I study higher level, I wil start demand a better n nice tone frm violin…..so if next time nid upgrade the violin……..at least prepare RM3000++ to buy a gud string, nice tone n handmade violin………… if jz upgrade to a RM800++ violin………actually it aso nt a gud tone violin………..so better use the RM300++ violin 1^st……….n then start save the money n buy a RM3000++ violin better……….dun wan waste money in buying jz a moderate quality violin………..so from now on……….i nid prepare n save more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to buy a RM3000++ violin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!after miss lim taught me the basic technique of holding the violin n bow………..i found tat quite difficult to hold a bow n play wif a nice sound………..i nid more practice n intention to play it!!!!!!!!!!!!!sure I can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
