~冬至节快乐~

22/12/11---i guess my college friends planned to celebrate my birthday after finish CG class~because they tot that i wont go to college on fri~ahhahahaha~paiseh ya~didnt said it clearly to u all~~~but shinyi date me after class, so she suggested v made tong yuen at her house~~~~first, we bought our ingredients at Jusco~suddenly we found out this thing~
itulah dia~~~~~DURIAN FLAVOUR~~~~~~hiak hiak hiak~~~~~~~v planned to try new thg~~~durian flavour tong yuen~~~~~~~~~~wahhahahahahahahahahha~~~curious about the taste~~~~
v also found out the new flavour tong yuen ---- Mango flavour~~~~~~~~~~
after bought all ingredients, we started our work!!!!
*glutinous rice flour, mango & peanut tong yuen, ginger, pandan leaves, color pigments (red, green, yellow), durian flavour, cadbury dairy milk~~~~

step 1: wash all the pandan leaves & gingers~
step 2:put all pandan leaves & gingers into a bowl of water & boil it~~
step 3:mix the flour with water~(since nt enuf flour, shinyi mix it with jagung flour.....@.@~) step 4:mix the color~~~~~(red+yellow=orange) step 5:make it become round shape~~~~~~~
special tong yuen : durian flavour~~(mix the flavour with dough~)
special tong yuen 2: chocolate flavour~~~(1st, melt the chocolate, & then wait it cold & solid, wrap it with dough, super hard to make it perfect......but i had tried my best..........)

FINAL STEP: throw all tong yuen into the boiling water & wait the tong yuen float up~ DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
overall it taste not bad~~~especially the durian flavour~~~the soup also gt durian taste~LOL~~~good try~~~~~~~~~~~~~but i thk nt all ppl can accept it~ahahhahahaha~damn full after just finish 1 small bowl~~but the process was FUN~~1st time & mayb was the last time make it with friends.........unforgettable & enjoyable~~~~~~~~~~~~
28/1/2011----hahahaha~finally my mom free to cook tong yuen today~~~~very late only celebrate it~XD my mom cooks "ham (salty) tong yuen"~~different from the type that v usually eat~~nid many time & ingredients to make ham tong yuen~
1st, still the same~make the tong yuen~~~~
next, nid cook the soup 1st by using ikan bilis & chicken~& den cook the tong yuen together with soup~~
at last juz add on 猪肉丸,猪肉碎,鸡丝,芽菜~~DONE~~~~special home made ham tong yuen~~YUMMY~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
